Dear Jack in the Box Administration,
My friends, family and I have been satisfied customers of
Jack in the Box for many years. Your reasonable prices, variety of
food/deserts, and generous workers have kept us coming back to fill our
stomachs.
However, we have has problems lately when we come to dine
in. When we go to this restraint, we usually go through drive through. Since
Jack in the Box is a fast food restraint, it is safe to wash or sanitize your
hands before we eat. The bathrooms are also very unsanitary. The ground is
always wet, there is trash all over the ground, and the odor smell is very
unpleasant. Customers are holding their breath every time they have to go the
men’s restroom. I understand that it is the customers fault for not keeping the
place clean and not being respectful but is also the job of the workers too
keep it clean and have an addition of things to keep the bathroom smell better.
The scent is really bad to leave in the room while there are hungry
people. Other fast food restaurants like
Wendys or McDonald restaurants keep the place clean and smell neutral. I think
its unreasonable to keep the bathrooms unclean for the rest of the day. This
would make people not want to dine in.
In addition, we have to clean our own tables every time to
eat on a clean table. Eating here makes my friends and family feel unclean and
we end up eating in the car. Also the only time that it feels good to eat at
jacks is early in the morning.
I understand
that it’s the customer’s fault for keeping the restraunt dirty, the workers
should keep up with keeping other customers satisfied.
I have no
problem going back to eat in the restaurant, but I feel the job should be done.
